On behalf of Bushenyi-Ishaka Municipal Council I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Head of Departments and individuals who contributed to the preparation of this Revenue Enhancement Plan 2022/2023.

I extend my sincere gratitude to Ministries of Finance, Planning and Economic Development and Local Government and all the Development Partners for technical, financial and material support offered in preparation of this plan.

I wish to commend the technical and political leadership of the Municipal Council for commitment and participation in the formulation of this plan.

Furthermore I wish to thank the entire community of Bushenyi-Ishaka Municipal Council who have been good tax payers and cooperative in supporting Government policies.

However, with volatile economic situation efforts should be put to improve on existing new sources as stipulated in this plan to enable the Municipal Council implement its objectives for the subsequent years.

The Municipal Council lower councils and community at large should continue playing monitoring role over the implementation of this plan.
